Damaged or defective candles
If your candle arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we'll arrange a replacement or a full refund.
Change of mind
Unburned candles in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days for a refund of the product price. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.
How to request a refund
Use the Contact page to send your order details and the reason for your request. We'll respond within 2 business days with next steps.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
